농촌관광개발의 사회경제적인 영향과 성공요인 = Socio-economic Impacts and Successful Factors for Rural Tourism Development

국문 초록 (Abstract)

농촌관광은 농촌지역의 경제적, 사회적, 문화적, 환경적 측면에서 많은 기여를 하고 있다. 이 연구의 목적은 중앙정부 주도하 에 이루어진 농촌개발사업의 일환으로서 추진되고 있는 농촌관광개발의 사례를 중심으로 그 경제적, 사회적, 환경적 효과를 제시하고, 당면하고 있는 문제점들을 제시하고자 한다. 경제적 측면에서는 민박, 체험 프로그램, 농산물 판매 수입 등이 급증하고 있다. 특히 숙박형 방문객보다 당일 방문객의 비율이 급속하게 증가하고 있는 것이 특징이다. 사회적 측면에서는 관광개발사업 후 지역주민들의 마을에 대한 자긍심을 고취시켰으며 외부와의 파트너십이 급속히 증가된 반면, 민박 농가와 비민박 농가의 갈등이 고조되고 있는 등의 문제점도 나타나고 있다. 관광개발의 성공요인은 정부의 지원, 리더십, 갈등관리 등이었다. 지역주민들이 부딪히고 있는 당면과제는 체험 프로그램 운영을 위한 인적자원 부족, 다양한 체험 프로그램 개발, 고품질 접객 제공, 안전사고 예방, 컴퓨터 활용 능력 배양이다.
