(Abstract)
To sumarize the character of Korean politics in three aspects. first is a
character of devided ideology, second is a character of authoritorianism, third is
a character of regionalism. Especially, while the division of the Korean Peninsula
having been lasted. the Conservative Character has got predominance. Therefore
both the progressive parties and progressionism could not but have considerable
limitations in the Korean politics.
In addition, the progressive politic parties couldn't grow up because the Con-
servative millitary dictatorship has been continued for last three decades.
However, according as the dictatorship was over and the civillian government
was inaugurated, Corruptions of the past millitary dictatorial Party were uncov-
ered and a reform of the Korean Politics came to be significant assignment.
Since the Cold War era was ended up, the Korean Peninsula requires reunification
more and more. For the advance of Korean Politics, the crusade of politics is
called for and an appearance of the Progressive Parties and their role stand on
the test board row.
