This study compares Korean conditions with European ones which are well-developed in terms of vulnerable people for transportation. It utilizes M-IPA (Modified-Importance Performance Analysis) that allows us to make an exclusive decision. This study selects estimating items related to transporting facilities from literature review and 'The Code for Improvement of Convenience for Moving Vulnerable Pedestrians'. The results present domestic improvement items compared to foreign ones: 'preparation for falling accidents', 'transferring time', 'accessibility to a station from departing point', 'discernment of informative system', 'discernment of information for subway lines', 'quality of inner train', 'cleanness of outer train', 'convenience facilities in a station', and 'waiting facilities and convenience of stairs'. This indicates that enhancement of those items and long-term facility investment are urgent issues.
