지역아동센터 교사의 구강건강관리에 대한 인식, 태도 및 실천행위 = Dental Health care Knowledge, Attitude, and Practice of Local Children's Center Teachers

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 지역아동센터 교사의 구강건강관리 인식과 태도, 실천행위와의 관련요인을 파악하여 향후 지역아동센터 아동들의 지속적인 구강건강 지식전달과 올바른 태도가 형성되어 실천할 수 있도록 구강보건증진을 위한 기초 교육자료를 제공하는데 도움이 되고자 2011년 2월 18일부터 2월 20일까지 대구시 지역아동센터 교사 직무연수기간동안 105명을 대상으로 설문조사 하였다.
수집자료는 PASW 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 평균, 표준편차, 빈도 및 백분율 등의 기술통계와 t-test, ANOVA, 피어슨 상관계수, 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다.

연구 결과는 다음과 같다.
․ 구강건강관리 인식점수는 평균 19.13점, 태도점수는 평균 7.84점, 실천행위점수는 11.94점으로 비교적 높게 나왔다.
․ 구강건강관리 인식, 태도 및 실천행위는 구강보건교육 경험이 있는 경우, 아동의 구강검진 기회를 제공하는 경우에서 유의하게 높았다.
․ 대상자의 구강건강관리 인식과 태도, 실천행위의 상관관계는 구강건강관리 태도와 구강건강관리 실천행위 간에 유의한 정의 상관관계를 보였다.
․구강건강관리 실천행위에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 알아보기 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과 구강보건교육을 받은 경우, 아동 구강검진 기회를 제공하는 경우, 그리고 구강건강관리 태도점수가 높을수록 실천행위 점수가 유의하게 높았다.

이상의 연구 결과에 의하면 구강건강관리 실천행위는 구강보건 교육의 경험 유무와 구강건강관리의 태도에 영향을 받기 때문에 지역아동센터 교사를 대상으로 올바른 구강건강관리 태도가 형성되어 실천할 수 있도록 지속적인 구강보건 교육을 실시하여야 할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

By reviewing the knowledge, attitudes, and practices in regard of the subject of oral hygiene among the teachers at the local Center for Children's Welfare, this study is to provide of the guidelines for improving the oral hygiene of children visiting the local Center for Children's Welfare through consistently conveying the medical knowledge of oral hygiene to them, and guiding them toward an appropriate attitude for it. The author administered a questionnaire with 105 teachers while undergoing his/her teacher's internship at a local Center for Children's Welfare in Daegu-Si, from Feb 18th to Feb 20th, 2011.
The statistical techniques as frequencies and means, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation Coefficient and multiple regression with the PASW 18.0 program were used to analyze the data.

The major finding of this study could be summarized as follows.
․ The knowledge, attitudes, and practice of dental health care was average 19.13 point in knowledge, average 7.84 point in attitudes, average 11.94 point practicely high in gender role values.
․ There were statistically significant differences among the case with oral health education, children's dental check-up opportunities in knowledge, attitudes, and practice of dental health care.
․ The result of correlation among knowledge, attitudes, and practice of dental health care was found attitude and practice level of positive correlation(p<.001).
․ The multiple eutered regression results related each variable to practice of dental health, the practice is significant affecting to oral health education, children's dental check-up opportunities, and the higher score attitude of dental health care.

Based on the results of this study mentioned so far, the teacher's practices of administering the oral hygiene is deemed to be influenced by the existence of their experiences in the oral hygiene educations, and their attitudes on the subject. It is, therefore, just to provide an education program about the subject to the teachers on consistent base, in order to assist them to develop an appropriate attitude which would lead to better practices.
