      In the age of amazingly progressing scientific technique and overflowing knowledge, as our scientific knowledge changes anew every day, our education should develope the creativity to foster a prespective man.
      As the creativity in the elementary education means the creativity in self-actualizing, scientific ability, which is regarded as an important aim in science education and exercised in inquiry process, is just the creative ability, and to exploit this creativity, imagination, divergent thinking and intuitional thinking are regarded as of great importance, and a genial permissive atmosphere is necessary, too.
      In the creative learning guidance, children assume the form of learning of discovery for themselves. This learning of discovery must be developed in harmony with thinking (logical course) and activity (emotional course). This process of learning is essentially the same as scientists' scientific thinking process when they are engaged in their creative research activity.
      When estimating for cultivating creativity, children should be estimated more effectively by their original idea, their solvable ability of actual problems, and their scientific attitude, while they are plan-ing and learning, than by their confirmation of their acquired knowledge, and also by reflecting teacher's own words and actions, more improved and profound learning must be promoted.
