A group actieved 8.4% of weight reduction by regular diet as well as typical training and intensity exercise on 80% V02 max.
1. During the scheduled 6 days, 6.1- 8.4% of the subjects original body weight was significantly reduced
2. As to respiro-circulatory function at rest, A group increased in Ventilation (17.4%), Ventilation per weight (28.6%) and tidal Volume (25.0%), but decreased meaningfully in O2 removal(11.1%)
3. In maximum respiro-circulatory function, A group increased in Ventilation(19.3%) 02removal(9.0%), 0앙en uptake per body weight(18,5%), ventilation per weight(25%)
4. Respiro-circulatory function at recovery tended to decease in heart rat A group.
5. In heart rate change during exercise, A group significantly decreased at the same work load by 13.5 deats/min.
