Numerous development and environmental pollution problems are reducing the number of wild animals and making them extinct. Wildlife rescue centers have been established and operated nationwide to protect wildlife. Although the Wildlife Rescue Centers play a role in protecting wild animals, it cannot be said that the activities of the Wildlife Rescue Centers have a significant impact on the protection and preservation of wild animals in Korea. A more effective way to preserve the global ecosystem and protect wildlife is to inform the public of the reality of wildlife and educate them on reduction measures to remove or reduce factors that threaten wildlife. Therefore, we intend to develop and operate environmental education programs for more active and professional education. This study aims to explore effective learning methods of educational programs to be operated by the Wildlife Rescue Center, develop educational programs to cope with wildlife rescue, and measure their effectiveness. The contents were constructed based on the current status of the structure of the Chungnam Wildlife Rescue Center and the actual status of the structure of the overseas wildlife rescue center, and the situation-based learning method was applied. In addition, to find out whether the order of lecture and situation-based learning differs in educational effectiveness, the effect was verified by dividing into two groups. The wildlife rescue education program applying this situation-based learning method is considered an effective learning method that can recognize the factors threatening wildlife and wildlife, implement reduction measures to protect wildlife, and properly report, cope with, and temporarily protect wildlife in distress
