Most Internet shopping mans simply show goods catalogs where a customer looks at and chooses the figure and specification of an article. In this way, click the banner and buy something seems to be the norm on today's Internet. To create an environment, which suits and satisfies customer's needs it is required not only to show simple goods information but also develop a specialized and tailored selling support system using Aesthetic Engineering. The role of the marketing support system in electronic commerce is to maximize a customer's degree of satisfaction by grasping the customer's taste and to search the most suitable goods for the customer's demand. When the goods, which suit a customer's taste, are not found as a result of search, however, showing products and merchants which suit customer's needs using a customer's sensitivity information is desired. An agent system, which applied a blood type that is one of the important factors which generates attractive quality characteristics that appeal to the inner needs of today's consumers has been proposed. In this paper, an agent-based marketing support system, which took Aesthetic Engineering of consumer's perceptual design elements and sensory attributes about a product and unified the new goods design development support agent using case-based reasoning is proposed.
