미용실 예약 서비스 사용복잡성이 이용부담감 및 스트레스에 미치는 영향 = Effects of the Complexity of using a Beauty Concert Reservation Service on User Burden and Stress

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 미용실 예약 서비스의 복잡성이 이용자의 부담감, 불편함, 스트레스에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 복잡한 예약 서비스는 예약 관리 부담, 이용 불편함, 시스템 스트레스, 예약제도 스트레스를 증가시킨다고확인되었다. 특히, 예약 절차가 복잡할수록 고객은 더 많은 시간이 소요되고불편함을 겪으며 스트레스가 커진다. 예약 서비스의 복잡성을 줄이고 직관성을 높여 사용자 경험을 개선하는 것이 중요하다. 또한, 예약 절차를 간소화하는 것이 고객 만족도를 높이고 스트레스를 줄이는 데 도움이 된다. 향후 연구는 구체적인 개선 방법과 고객 만족도 간의 관계를 더 깊이 탐구해야 한다.

In this study, we analyzed the impact of the complexity of beauty salon reservation services on the burden, discomfort, and stress felt by users.
The results of the study confirmed that complex reservation services increase the burden of reservation management, inconvenience of use, system stress, and reservation system stress. In particular, the more complicated the reservation procedure, the more time it takes, the more inconvenient it is, and the more stress it causes. It is important to improve user experience by increasing intuitiveness. In addition, simplifying reservation procedures can help increase customer satisfaction and reduce stress. Future research should explore more deeply the relationship between specific improvement methods and customer satisfaction.
