Clean Room의 화재위험성에 관한 연구 = A Study on Clean Room·s Fire Risk

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 논문은 클린룸 내부 화재 안전성에 대해 중요성을 확인하고 클린룸의 공간적 특성상 화재 시 연기에 의한 시각장해 및 피난 개선이 필요하다고 판단되어, 축소모델을 통한 보다 정확한 기류흐름을 확인하고 연기 속에서도 피난자가 볼 수 있는 피난 유도장치의 성능을 평가하였다. 형광등 광원으로 사용한 경우와 LED광원 및 여러 가지 광원을 비교하여 LED광원을 사용한 것이 시인성이 더 높다는 연구결과가 있지만 정상조건의 암흑상태에서 시험한 것으로 화재가 진전되어 연기가 가득한 곳에서는 밝은 곳이라 하더라도 정상적으로 쳐다볼 수 없는 상태가 된다.
클린룸 내부 재실자들의 피난을 효율적으로 수행하기 위한 방안으로 Laser빛을 활용한 유도등을 설치하여 피난로 인지가 가능하도록 한다. 일반 유도등에 비해 Laser는 빛의 산란, 흡수되는 현상이 없고 짙은 연기가 있어도 빛의 강도나 밝기가 떨어 지지 않아 화재 발생 시 피난 경로를 빠르게 인지하고 피난 할 수 있어 보다 효율적으로 인명피해를 최소화 할 수 있으며 클린룸 시설 내부 재실자들의 피난 안전 확보에 기여하고자 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to confirm the importance of fire safety inside the Clean Room. With the judgement that it is necessary to improve visual interferences by smoke and evacuation methods in a fire, this study also observed the air flow more exactly through a maquette, and evaluated the performance of the evacuation guidance equipment which people can see even in smoke. There is a research result to prove that using the LED shows a higher visibility, by comparing using the fluorescent light sources with using the LED and others. However, in the test conducted in darkness under the normal condition, it was impossible to look normally in the space full of smoke, even though it was bright, because the fire progressed.
For helping people inside the clean room escape efficiently, this study proposed the installation of the exit sign using the laser light to make them aware of a fire escape. Because laser doesn't show light scattering and light absorption and also, light's intensity or brightness doesn't reduce, even though there are dense smokes, compared to normal exit signs, it helps people recognize a fire escape and escape quickly, in case of fire. Therefore, it would make a contribution to rescuing people more efficiently, reducing damage and securing evacuation safety of people inside the clean room.
