한국 유소년 축구의 발전을 위한 방향제시 : 문헌조사와 사례분석에 기초하여 = A proposal of optimal direction for the development of Korean Youth Football

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 한국 유소년 축구의 발전을 위한 방향을 제시하는데 목적을 두고, 유소년 축구에 관련된 국내·외 문헌들의 고찰을 통하여 한국 유소년 축구의 문제점과 개선과제를 비교, 정리하였다. 특히 한국 유소년 축구의 발전을 위한 방향을 제시하는데 필요한 문제점을 3가지로 나누어 발전 방향을 유소년 축구 클럽의 구조적인 문제점, 교육프로그램과 지도자에 대한 문제점, 그리고 한국 유소년 축구의 기반과 재정확보에 관한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 방향을 다음과 같이 제시하였다.

첫째, 한국 유소년 축구 클럽의 구조적인 문제점을 해결하기 위한 방향으로써, 학원축구와 클럽축구의 통합적 운영, 세분화된 업무분장 체계의 확립, 문화적 사회집단으로써의 의식변화를 발전방향으로 제시하였다.

둘째, 한국 유소년 축구의 교육프로그램과 지도자에 대한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 방향으로써, 연령별 맞춤식 교육프로그램의 개발, 지도자의 안정된 지위확보, 재미와 흥미의 프로그램 개발, 연령간 교차 프로그램의 확충을 발전방향으로 제시하였다.

셋째, 한국 유소년 축구의 기반 및 재정확보에 관한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 방향으로써, 유소년 축구 전용구장의 시설확충, 기존 시설의 유소년 이용시간 확보, 유소년 축구 클럽의 기업형 및 일반형 이분화 발전추진 설계를 발전방향으로 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The main purpose of this study was to propose optimal structures for advanced development models of Korean youth football. Mainly, the literature reviews and analysis of cases relevant to youth development in football. Especially, 3 categories of problems were selected that it intended to propose the optimal structures for advanced development models of Korean youth football with systematic approaches. The categories were its structures, education system & coaching, and fundamental statement & finance.
Firstly, the proposal for structural problems contained the operational combination of football in schools and in clubs, separated operating in the clubs and revised consciousness toward cultural society.
Secondly, the proposal of solving education system & coaching problems included a development of optimal education programme for different age groups, a stability of coaches' status, a development of fun and joyful programme and a cross-programme of youth by level of performance.
Thirdly, the proposal of fundamental statement and financial support contained an extended placement for youth football, a secured usage time for youth in football pitches, and a divided developing structure for industrial clubs and general clubs.
