타락후예정론, 개혁교회의 신앙고백적 입장인가? = The Infralapsarian doctrine of predestination, is it confessional position of the Reformed churches?

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper analyzes the doctrine of predestination of the the Reformed churches from the viewpoint that the infralalpsarian doctrine of predestination is their confessional position. In Calvin’s First Catechism(1537, 1538), the first confession of Reformed Chruches, we can find both infralapsarian view and supralapsarian view on the doctrine of predestination. But, the Belgic Confession(1561) and the Canons of Dort(1619) present the infralapsarian doctrine of predestination. On the other hand, the Westminster Confession of Faith states the supralapsarian doctrine of predestination. If we consider that the infralapsarian view is related more to Christians’ lives than the supralap- sarian view, and therefore helpful to confess their faith, the confessions of the Reformed churches need to maintain the infralapsarian doctrine of predesti- nation.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 논문은 타락후예정론이 개혁교회의 신앙고백적 입장이라는 관점에서 개혁교회 신조들이 취한 예정론을 분석하였다. 개혁교회 신조의 효시가 되는 칼빈의 제1차 신앙교육서(1537, 1538)에서는 타락전예정론과 타락후예정론이 공존한다. 그러나 벨기에 신앙고백서(1561)와 도르트 신조(1619)에는 타락후예정 관점으로 예정론이 제시되었다. 반면, 웨스트민스터 신앙고백서(1648)의 예정론은 타락전예정관점으로 나타났다. 타락후예정론이 타락전예정론보다 그리스도인들의 삶에 더밀접하여 신앙고백에 도움이 된다는 점을 고려하면, 개혁교회 신조에서 타락후예정론은 유지될 필요가 있다.
