ERP시스템 성과에 영향을 미치는 인지된 사용도, 유용성 만족도에 관한 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

ERP는 전사적 자원시스템 또는 전사 시스템으로 회사의 재무-회계정보를 통한 정보의 모든 흐름을 거침없이 흘러가는 통합시스템이다. 이 ERP가 과거 수십년 동안 가장 중요한 정보기술 중의 하나로 인식되어 왔다.
본 연구의 목적은 ERP시스템 성과에 관한 환경요인, 사용도, 유용성 및 만족도를 이해하는 것이다. 경영정보시스템에 기반을 둔 이론적 연구를 통하여 ERP시스템 성과와 영향을 미치는 요인들에 대한 연구모형을 구축하고, 가설을 실증적으로 검증하였다. 이 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 248개 한국기업으로부터 설문지를 회수하였다.
결과는 SPSS를 사용하였는데 6개의 가설이 채택된 것으로 나타났다. 사용도, 유용성 및 만족도가 ERP시스템 성과에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과가 ERP시스템 구축전략의 지침으로 사용되어 질 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

ERP referred to as enterprise wide systems or enterprise systems, offer the seamless integration of all the information flowing through a company financial and accounting information. And ERP were one of the largest IT environment in the past decades.
The purpose of this study is to understand environment factors, usage, usefulness, satisfaction on ERP System performance. Therefore this paper examines the relationships of the environment factors, usage, usefulness, satisfaction on performance. This sets out the research model of influencing factors and the performance of the ERP system through theoretical studies based on Management Information Systems, and the empirically tests hypotheses related to the model. To purpose of this study, the questionnaires were collected from 248 Korean manufacturing companies. The following results were determined by verifying six hypotheses using SPSS. Usage, usefulness and satisfaction support ERP system performance. I expect that the results of the research can be used as the guidance of the implementation strategy of ERP system.
