      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

      Cultural Industry is able to do the OSMU (One Source Multi Use), which could recreate the one successful content and use it in the other various areas. Therefore, it has been regarded as a higher value-added industry. Moreover, it is also highly noticed as one of the leading economy industry in 21th century due to its high economic and culture impacts.
      However, the current Cultural Industry in Korea is lack of Human Resource Development program. Especially, the structure of Cultural Industry is more and more centered on creating process recently. The demand for creative producer is increasing magnificently nowadays, so it is indicates that the recent education program is required to have more concrete construction with an emphasis on creativity.
      To develop the creative producer development education program, it is needed four important processes.
      First of all, do the prior research on the teaching method for producing and Creative enhancement. Through this research, it could be suggested the most appropriate method for education program.
      Secondly, the necessity of creative producer development and the process to diagnose the problems are required. Through this process, we are able to check the matters and find ways to solve the problems.
      Thirdly, work on the case study to solve problems. Do research to figure out what educational program domestic and foreign institutions have for the creative producer development.
      Lastly, interview with the educational experts related to the cultural industry. We try to get their opinion on the educational program for the desirable creative producer development.
      Through the four processes mentioned above, we could conclude that the educational program for the creative producer of cultural industry are as follows.
      The purposes of the education for the creative producer development are enhancing creativity, understanding the cultural industry, acquiring know-hows to plan, processing the project and so on. The important points of the field are conceiving an idea, reinforcing creativity, providing the opportunity for communication, improving expertise, developing ability to plan the cultural contents, and supporting with practical business affairs and training. Also, the educational program for the creative producer development can be classified in two parts.
      One of them is the educational program to improve the creativity. Discussion-centered education can be constituted in order to augment the creativity. And it also provides the chances to communicate freely. The program consists of three steps such as “expectation”, “profound comprehension”and “idea expression”.
      In order to do the Creative Producer Development, it is highly needed the education program including projects and practices. Therefore, our Education Program for Creative Producer Development includes the Project education method and the theory of Torrance and Safter as its basic structure.
      Till now, we did the researches on the educational program for the creative producer development of cultural industry. I expect that this scrutiny would be the driving force to improve the Creative Producer Development in the near future.
