The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of participants' interaction levels on the process and results of argumentative writing during the online discussion process to analyze the implications of designing and operating an online discussion-oriented teaching and learning model.
The results of analyzing the discussion patterns of groups with active interaction in online discussion activities are as follows. First, expressions that confirm whether the other party's remarks are true or not appeared continuously, and it was seen that the other party's opinions were listened to. Second, refutation and refutation continued, leading to in-depth discussions for argumentative writing. Third, I tried to critically review the other's arguments in terms of validity, fairness, and reliability.
Based on the above results, the following points should be considered when designing a teaching and learning model linking online discussion and argumentative writing. First, it is necessary to guide the other party to read the opinions written by the other party in the online discussion. Second, it is necessary to induce them to actively respond to the other party's views for in-depth discussion. Third, it is necessary to guide the other party's remarks to be carefully reviewed by applying criteria such as validity, fairness, and reliability.
