알파세대 교육목회를 위한 교육과정 설계의 방향성 모색 = A Study for Curriculum Design Direction for Alpha Generation Educational Ministry

국문 초록 (Abstract)

교육목회는 목회의 대상에 따라 그 특징과 전략이 끊임없이 변한다. 효과적인 교육목회를 운영하기 위해서는 교육대상에 따른 교육과정 설계가 필요하다. 오늘날 새롭게 등장하고 있는 세대를 일컬어 “알파 세대”라고 부른다. 이들은 2010년-2024년에 출생한 세대로서, 디지털 원주민, 디지털 온리, 디지털 생비자, 디지털 학습자라는 특징을 가지고 있고, 동시에 디지털 격차라는 도전을 극복해야 하는 새로운 세대이다. 한국교회학교는 이러한 세대를 사역의 대상으로 보다 효과적인 교육목회를 운영하기 위한 교육과정을 새롭게 설계해야 하는 시급한 시점에 도달했다. 이러한 문제를 올바르게 해결하기 위하여 본 연구의 첫 번째 목적은 교육목회에 대한 개념적 정의와 기능적 역할을 규명하고자 한다. 이를 위해 먼저 교육목회란 실천신학의 한 영역으로 이론적 신학과 세상적 학문을 통합하는 사역의 기본적인 틀임을 소개한다, 다음으로 교육목회의 실천적 영역으로 코칭을 기반으로 한 관계중심의 교육목회 방법, 세대 통합을 통해 신앙경험을 공유하는 유기적 교육과정 설계, 그리고 협력적 학습공동체를 형성하기 위한 교사와 교육목회자의 역량 개발에 대한 개연성을 고찰한다. 본 연구의 두 번째 목적은 교육목회에 대한 개념적 이해를 바탕으로 알파 세대 교육목회를 효율적으로 운영하기 위한 교육과정 설계에 있어서 반드시 고려해야 하는 세가지 요소를 검토하고자 한다. 첫째, 교육목회의 목적을 재정립하고자 스말로그 교육 개념을 도입하고, 이에 따라 교육목표를 설정하고, 아날로그적 감성을 극대화하면서 디지털 스마트 교육기술인 에듀테크를 활용한 다양한 교육목회의 형태를 제시한다. 둘째. 교육목회의 사역 대상인 알파 세대의 전인적 역량을 확대하고자 지능증폭의 개념을 도입하고, 그 이론을 활용하여 교육목회의 학습자인 알파 세대에 대한 인식의 틀을 기존의 학습자 이해와 비교하여 보다 확장된 개념으로 제시한다. 셋째, 교육목회가 실천되는 학습의 장인 예배와 교육 그리고 봉사를 보다 효율적으로 운영하고자 어포던스 개념을 도입하고, 그 이론을 활용하여 감각적 어포던스, 물리적 어포던스, 인지적 어포던스, 그리고 기능적 어포던스를 교육목회의 교육환경에 입체적으로 적용하기 위한 교육전략들을 알아본다. 이상과 같은 설계 방향을 활용하여 디지털 혁명 시대를 살아가는 알파 세대가 사역의 주체가 되는 교육과정을 설계하여 실천함으로써 신앙의 전통을 이어갈 수 있는 교육목회 환경을 구성하고자 한다.

Edcuational ministry mus constanly change its charcateristics and strategies depending on the target of the ministry, In order to operate an effective educational ministry, it is necessary to design the curriculum according to the decuactional target, The new generation that is emerging today is called the Alpha Generation. This is the generation born between 2010 and 2024. Alpha generation has the characteristics of digital natives, digital only, digital living visas, and digital learners, and at the same time must overcome the challenge of the digital divide. Korean church schools have reached an urgent point where they need to redesign their curriculum to operate a more effective educational ministry targeting this generation. In order to properly solve this problem, the first purpose of this study was to identify the conceptual definition and functional role of educational ministry. first of all, it is introduced that educational ministry is an area of ​​practical theology and the basic framework of ministry that integrates theoretical theology and worldly studies. Next, the feasibility of educational ministry was examined in the practical area in terms of a relationship-centered educational ministry method based on coaching, an organic curriculum design that shares religious experiences through generational integration, and a plan for competency development of teachers and educational pastors within a cooperative learning community. The second purpose of this study was to examine three elements that must be considered in curriculum design to efficiently operate Alpha Generation educational ministry based on a conceptual understanding of educational ministry. First, in order to redefine the purpose of educational ministry, the concept of Smalog education was introduced, educational goals were set accordingly, and various forms of educational ministry using edtech were presented while maximizing analog sensibilities. Second, in order to expand the holistic capabilities of the Alpha Generation, the concept of intelligence amplification was introduced, and according to this theory, the framework of recognition for the Alpha Generation as a new learners in the educational ministry was presented as an expaned concept by comparing it with the existing understanding of learners. Third, in order to more efficiently operate worship, education, and service, which are the places of learning where educational ministry is practiced, the concept of affordance was introduced, and using this theory, educational strategies was presented to three-dimensionally apply sensory, physical, cognitive, and functional affordances to the educational envirionment of educational ministry. Using the above design directions, we attempted to create an educational ministry environment where the alpha generation living in the era of digital revolution can continue the tradition of faith by designing and practicing a curriculum in which the alpha generation becomes the subject of ministry.
