중국과 한국의 특수분장 교육 실태 및 만족도에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Special Makeup Education Satisfaction and Condition in China and in South Korea

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was conducted to provide basic data for developing the special makeup education industry by comparing and analyzing the actual conditions and satisfaction of special makeup education in China and South Korea. A total of 319 surveys of Chinese and Koreans who have received special makeup education were used as final analysis data.
According to the study, there was a significant difference between China and Korea in terms of the types of educational institutions, the total hours of study, and the reason for the education. Korea and China showed similar responses to the most interested special makeup fields, favorite types, and elements that must be studied. There are differences in the special makeup education system between China and Korea, but the analysis results are believed to have been due not only to cultural differences between the two countries but also to personal background.
In order to enhance the satisfaction of Korea's special makeup education and educational institutions, it is necessary to promote the trend ahead of China and develop special makeup education programs for popular video media. In addition, students should be satisfied by faithfully managing students and specifying career counseling related to special makeup, and follow-up research should be conducted to develop the work environment and re-education process of special makeup companies in the future.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

급속히 발전하고 있는 21세기 영상 산업은 다양한 산업과 각 국가들의 문화가 융합되어 제작되는 것뿐만 아니라 과학과 기술의 발전으로 첨단 영상 기술을 통해 사실과 허구의 경계가 불분명한 시각적 이미지의 표현이 가능하다. 더불어 특수분장은 무한한 가능성의 세계를 관객에게 제시함으로써 새로운 볼거리를 제시하고 있다. 이렇게 특수분장에 대한 관심이 점점 높아지면서 미용업계에서도 특수분장에 대한 관심과 산업이 확대되어지며 주목 받고 있는 추세이다. 본 연구는 특수분장 교육을 수강한 학생과 성인들을 대상으로 한국 및 중국의 특수분장 교육에 대한 인식과 만족도를 실증 연구하여 중국과 한국의 특수분장 교육 실태, 교육 과정 등을 고찰하고 비교 분석함으로써 특수분장 교육산업을 발전시키기 위해 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.
