유아 부모의 자녀 미디어조절력 교육에 대한 인식 및 요구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

목적 본 연구는 유아 미디어조절력 교육의 기반을 마련하기 위해 유아 부모의 유아 미디어조절력 교육에 대한 인식과 요구를 알아보고자 함을 연구목적으로 하였다.
방법 본 연구의 최종 대상은 B시에 소재하고 있는 공립유치원 4곳(단설유치원 2곳, 병설유치원 2곳), 사립유치원 3곳 등 총 7곳의 유치원에 재원하고 있는 유아의 부모 302명을 대상으로 자녀 미디어조절력에 대한 인식과 요구에 관한 설문조사를 실시한 후, SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도와 백분율로 분석하였다.
결과 주요 연구결과에서 첫째, 미디어조절력에 대한 인식의 정도는 높은 것으로 나타났고, 미디어조절력의 부재로 나타난 문제로는 미디어 중독이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 자녀의 미디어조절력 교육에 대한 관심과 중요성의 인식의 정도가 높았다. 둘째, 자녀의 미디어조절력 교육의 요구에서 개정 누리과정과의 연계 가능성에 대해 대부분 가능하다고 보고 있었고, 교육과정 연계는 의사소통, 생활주제는 건강과 안전이 가능하다고 보았다. 교육목표는 미디어 활동을 주어진 상황에 알맞게 적절한 범위에서 실행하고 사용하는 조절능력을 기르고, 교육내용은 미디어 실행능력이 높게 나타났다. 교수학습원리는 자발성의 원리, 교수학습방법은 문제해결 학습법, 교육평가내용는 유아발달에 대한 평가 등으로 나타났다.
결론 유아 미디어 조절력 교육을 위한 프로그램 개발을 위한 실제적이고 기초자료를 제공해 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Objectives The purpose of this study was to examine parents' awareness and needs for early childhood media regulation education as the first step to establish the foundation for early childhood media regulation education.
Methods The final subjects of this study were the parents of 302 children enrolled in seven kindergartens located in City B, including four public kindergartens (two standalone kindergartens and two attached kindergartens) and three private kindergartens. A survey was conducted on their perceptions and demands regarding their children's media literacy. The data was then analyzed using the SPSS 25.0 program with frequency and percentage analysis.
Results The results of examining the frequency and percentage of parents' awareness and needs for early childhood media regulation education according to demographic characteristics are as follows. First, the degree of awareness of media regulation was high, and the problem of lack of media control was the highest in media addiction, and the degree of awareness of children's interest and importance in media regulation education was high. Second, in the demand of children's media regulation education, most of them thought that it was possible to connect with the revised Nuri curriculum, and the curriculum connection was communication, and the life theme was health and safety. The educational goal was to develop the ability to control the execution and use of media activities in an appropriate range for a given situation, and the content of education was high in media execution ability. The teaching and learning principles were the principle of spontaneity, the teaching and learning methods were the problem solving learning methods, and the educational evaluation contents were the evaluation of infant development.
Conclusions It is expected to provide practical and basic data for the development of programs for children's media control education.
