周易에서 본 동서양문화의 비교연구 = A Comparative Study on the Eastern and Western Culture in the Perspective of I Ching(周易)

국문 초록 (Abstract)

동서양의 문화를 비교 연구하는데 있어서 비교 기준이 무엇이냐에 따라서 내용이 크게 다르다. 본 논문에서는 동양의 순환이론에 기초한 역학적(易學的)관점에서 고찰하였다. 비교 고찰 결과 동서양의 문화는 반대의 속성을 가진 것으로 나타났으며, 또한 실증적인 사례비교 결과도 많은 경우 반대 경향을 보였다.. 이것은 역학으로 설명되는 동서양이 가진 음양적인 차이에서 볼 때 지극히 자연스러운 것이라고 볼 수 있다.. 따라서 역학적 관점에서 동서양의 문화행태는 서로 반대적으로 행하는 것이 자연스러운 것이며 합리적이다.. 그러므로 현대사회에 나타난 동양이 서양 문화를 무비판적으로 모방하는 것은 비합리적이며, 그 결과 바람직하지 못하다고 할 수 있다.. 따라서 동서양의 문화를 분별 있게 주체적으로 인식하고 행동하기 위해서는 역학의 이치에 맞게 행하여야 하고, 그러기 위해서는 역학의 이치를 알아야 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Comparative criterion on the study of comparative study is very important. Because research result is very different on the according to the comparative criterion. This paper researches comparative study on the eastern and western culture in the perspective of I Ching. Research results show up very contrast between the eastern and western culture in the perspective of I Ching. This contrast of research results imply very natural and adequate.. Therefore, it is not natural and adequate that the eastern people one sidely imitate western culture. And so, there are many problems in eastern peoples. But the eastern people not know about a cause of problems. Because the eastern people entirely not know about I Ching which is the eastern traditional basic studies. For the purpose of independent from the western culture, we should know about I Ching(周易). And so, we can subjectively cope with western culture in the situation of the 21th century globalization.
