      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

      The writer has had interests in the induced polarization method of the electrical exploration and carried out few basic study on the electro-chemical transient phenomena of ore and rock samples.
      This paper deals with the experimental results on the time domain of the transient phenomena measured by CPPC and PCCP electrode system on the another sample holder what is called Geoscience Co. type.
      The results of this experiment can be summarized as follows.
      1) The Geoscience type sample holder showed the transient phenomena more faithfully than the former sample holder called Waseda type.
      2) CPPC electrode system indicated better results on the transient phenomena than PCCP electrode system.
