      The digital technology has made change all of circumstances of economy and industry. The tremendous growth of the Internet, particularly World Wide Web, has resulted in significant changes in commerce environments. Internet has brought significant changes in the economics of marketing channels and has led to a redefinition of industry value chain. Electronic Commerce has become so important that country and firms unprepared for this new trend would lose competitive advantages in the coming century of Digital Economy.
      This justifies a contention that, in order to grow into a successful e-business enterprise, on has make every effort to take market initiative in a fierce competitive structure, and establish effective strategies for the growth of enterprise even if one wins in the competition because there are possibilities of being chased by the late comers.
      It is not the issue any more whether e-business should be introduced or not. The main concern is how to introduce e-business effectively and how to make a good profit. In the coming digital economic society, the enterprise using has much more changes of success than others.
      E-business has become standard operating procedure for the vast majority of companies. There are numerous ways to approach designing, developing and maintaining an e-business. This paper empirically studies scope and status of e-Business in order to create their own e-businesses in Jeonnam East Area.
      The enterprises located in Jeonnam East Area have been too inactive in their willingness and readiness to adopt e-business models and process owing to the lack of the directions of e-business, the insufficient network infrastructures and capitals, etc.
      In this circumstance, as part of this research, this papers have conducted of e-business and information conditions and status among the enterprises located in Jeonnam East Area.
      In conclusions, this study on the information of the enterprises and e-business strategies for the expansion for building competition of local enterprise located in Jeonnam East Area.
