정보공유 선행요인, 정보공유, 리스크 정보공유가 공급사슬성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Effects of Preceding Factor of Information Sharing, Information Sharing and Risk Information Sharing on Supply Chain Performance

국문 초록 (Abstract)

  최근 기업들은 치열해 지는 경쟁 환경에서 기업 간 협력관계를 강화하고 있으며, 이에 따라 기업 간 정보공유의 폭도 확대되고 있다. 기업 간 정보공유의 폭이 확대될수록 정보공유에 따른 리스크도 증가하고 있다. 공급사슬상에서 발생하는 리스크는 채찍효과와 같이 공급사슬상의 모든 기업에 심각한 영향을 줄 수 있으며, 기업 간 신뢰를 떨어뜨리는 요인이 된다. 이와 같이 공급사슬 리스크에 대한 정보공유가 공급사슬 실행과 성과에 많은 영향을 미침에도 불구하고 이에 대한 실증 연구는 거의 없는 실정이다.<BR>  따라서 본 연구에서는 공급사슬의 성과에 영향을 미치는 리스크 정보공유와 경영정보, 그리고 이들 정보공유에 영향을 미치는 선행요인에 대한 기존 연구들을 고찰하여 연구모형을 개발하고 가설들을 설정한 후 실증분석을 통해 이를 검정하였다. 즉 정보공유의 선행요인으로 최고 경영자의 지원, 조직 간의 문화적 부합도, 신뢰도, 그리고 정보화 추진조직 등을 선택하여 어떤 요인들이 정보공유에 영향을 주는 가를 분석하고, 아울러 리스크 정보와 경영정보의 공유가 공급사슬성과에 어떤 영향을 미치는 가를 분석하였다. 분석결과 조직 문화의 부합도와 신뢰, 그리고 최고 경영자의 지원은 공급사슬 성과에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 신뢰와 정보화 추진조직은 정보공유에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 리스크 정보공유는 정보공유와 공급사슬 성과와의 관계에서 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

  This study identifies four preceding factors of information sharing(correspondence organization culture, trust, CEO support, IT organization), information sharing, risk information sharing, and supply chain management performance.<BR>  Ten hypotheses were formulated for the relationship among preceding factors of information sharing and information sharing and supply chain management performance. The important relationships to be tested include (1)direct impact of correspondence organization culture on the information sharing and supply chain management performance (2)direct impact of trust on the information sharing and supply chain management performance (3)direct impact of CEO support on the information sharing and supply chain management performance (4)direct impact of IT organization on the information sharing and supply chain management performance (5)direct impact of information sharing on the risk information sharing (6)direct impact of risk information sharing on the supply chain management performance. This study was tested using a sample of 142 Korean firms. The results were statistically significant seven hypotheses : direct impact of correspondence organization culture on the supply chain management performance, the directs impact of trust on the information sharing and supply chain management performance, the direct impact of CEO support on the supply chain management performance, the direct impact of IT organization on the information sharing, the direct impact of information sharing on the risk information sharing, the direct impact of risk information sharing on the supply chain management performance.<BR>  Additionally, this study tested mediating effect. Trust indirected affects risk information sharing, via information sharing. IT organization indirected affects risk information sharing, via information sharing, and information sharing indirected affects supply chain management performance, via risk information sharing.
