정당의 정치사회화 기능에 관한 탐색적 연구: 동ㆍ서독 출신의 정당일체감과 정치적 태도 = An Exploratory Study on Political Socialization Function of Parties: Party Identification and Political Attitudes in Germany

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The political attitudes between the Eastern and Western German are compared so as to explore the empirical evidence of political socialization function of parties. Specific research questions are followed: Do we have the empirical evidence of political parties? Are there different political attitudes between people who have party identification and people who do not? The effect of political socialization by regime is assumed to be embedded in people who had been raised in the Eastern and the Western Germany before 1990.
By using party identification as proxy of political socialization of parties, we can find the significant effect on political perceptions. However, party identification does not affect satisfaction with system and attitudes towards government. This result implies that political socialization function of parties may provide the bases of social integration.
