MZ세대 골프참여자의 커뮤니케이션 능력과 자기관리 및 운동몰입의 구조적 관계 = The Structural Relationship among Communication Competences, Self-Management and Exercise Flow for MZ Generation Golf Participants

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 MZ세대 골프참여자를 상대로 커뮤니케이션 능력과 자기관리 및 운동몰입에는 변인간 어떤 관계를 보이는지 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 데이터는 윈도우즈용 SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 21.0을 사용하여 분석되었다. 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석과 상관관계분석을 실시하였고 연구모형을 설계한 후 구조방정식모형을 통하여 요인 간의 인과적 관계를 규명하였다. 이와 같은 연구방법과 연구모형 검증을 한 결과는 다음과같다. 첫째, MZ세대 골프참여자들의 커뮤니케이션 능력은 자기관리에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자기관리는 운동몰입에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 커뮤니케이션 능력은 운동몰입에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 커뮤니케이션 능력과 운동몰입의 관계에서 자기관리는 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 MZ세대의 골프를 통한 운동몰입의 향상을 위해 이들의 특성을 고려한 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력의 배양과효율적인 자기관리가 이루어 질 수 있도록 다각적인 프로그램이 모색되어져야 할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Tthis study investigates the relationship among communication competences, self-management and exercise flow for a MZ generation, golf participants. To achieve the goal of this study, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equating modeling were conducted in order to analyze data by using Windows SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 21.0. Main findings were as follows: First communication competences had a positive effect on self-management. Second, self-management had a positive effect on exercise flow. Third, communication competences had a positive effect on exercise flow. Fourth, self-management mediated the relationship between communication competences and exercise flow. Therefore, in order to improve the exercise immersion through golf of the MZ generation, a multifaceted program should be sought so that smooth communication ability considering their characteristics and efficient self-management can be achieved.
