This study aims to analyze the causes of conflicts in hotel organizations focusing on the previous studies. Through analysis of three published papers and one unpublished master`s thesis on the topic of conflicts in hotel organizations, we`ve analyzed, compared, and integrated causes of conflicts. We`ve found out following 12 causes, which are common at least two in studies: lack of autonomy, interdependence, goal differences, communication problem, limited resources, role conflict, work boundary, leadership style, status and stigma, organization size, cognitive incongruity, length of work. And we`ve compared these causes of conflicts to the ones of travel agencies and other field, and causes of conflicts in hotel organizations are differ from those of them. And finally, the major problems of above mentioned papers are presented.
