This study suggests the ways to develope the situational practicing education in college, based on the necessity of the situational practicing education. It is necessary of cooperation with the Domestic Welfare department and Social welfare institute to develope the situational practicing education. The way to cooperate with both sides, first, corelating domestic welfare department with the Social welfare institute, the college conduct the education of the attendant and the social institute admit the practicing education in beef up the cooperation with the college and the social welfare institutes. Second, I argue that we must introduce the social service grade in college. Third, We must introduce the system of parents role which professors and prominent people become parents of children who have no parents. Forth, the college supports the counseling of the children who was selected by social welfare institute. Fifth, professors and students help the old man and handicapped old man to become independent oneself with beef up the service of old man welfare. Sixth, the professors and students beef up the social education function of college with offering the cultural education and life information education. And to solve the problem, first of all, it is necessary of cooperation with college and social welfare institute, because domestic social welfare need the situational practicing education, that is to say, I suggest that we must solve this problem with beef up the corelation. And the college must offer the new theories and knowledges to the social welfare institute attendants to solve the problem through running the reengineering system. Social welfare institutes make attendants finish professional education to become the domestic welfare experts.
