청소년기 미혼모의 진로태도성숙 향상을 위한 집단프로그램 개입에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Group Program Intervention for Improving Career Attitude Maturity of Adolescent Unwed Mothers

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 청소년 미혼모의 진로태도성숙을 향상시키기 위한 집단 프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과성을 검증하는데 있다. 이러한 목적을 위해 청소년 미혼모 및 진로 개입에 관한 선행연구들을 고찰하였으며 프로그램 개발의 이론적 배경은 Super의 진로발달이론과 Byers(1994)의 임신한 청소년들을 대상으로 한 진로 프로그램에 근거하고 있다. 이러한 이론적인 근거 하에 본 프로그램은 1회기에 준비단계를 가지고, 2회기는 자기인식단계로서 직업흥미검사와 진로적성검사를 실시하였고, 3- 6회기에는 교육 및 직업탐색 단계로서 개인적인 관심을 분석하고 일의 세계를 알아보며 자신의 미래와 연결해서 진로를 생각해보도록 하 고, 7회기는 자신의 미래를 위해 준비해야 할 구체적인 대안을 계획하고 프로그램을 마무리하는 것으로 진행되었다. 프로그램은 2001년 3월부터 4월까지 총 7회를 진행하였으며 프로그램 참가자는 18세에서 23세의 청소년 미혼모이다. 단일집단 사전사후설계를 사용해 효과성을 검증하였는데 양적 분석으로 진로태도성숙을 측정하는 사전사후설문지를, 질적 분석으로 면접 지침 접근법에 따라 집단 면접을 한 결과를 분석하였으며 집단성원들이 직접 자신들의 의견을 유인물에 작성함으로써 문서화한 자료를 질적 분석의 근거 자료로 활용하였다. 프로그램 실시 후에 청소년 미혼모들은 진로태도성숙이 향상된 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 진로태도의 하위영역 중에서 목적성, 독립성이 향상된 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to develop and evaluat e a group program for improving career attitude maturity among adolescent unwed mothers. The program of this study was based on the Super`s developmental theory and Byers`s career program for adolescent mothers. The fir st session was composed of a preparation stage of career group program. T he second ses sion was composed of a career interest t est and a career aptitude test as a self- awareness stage. T he third to sixth ses sions were to analyse a per sonal concern as a career exploration stage, to look out for a career part, and to look into a per sonal career in relation toa per sonal future. T he seventh session was to consider concrete alternatives as a future preparation. The program was provided totally 7 ses sions from March to April in 2001. The subject of the program was adolescent unwed mother s from 18 to 23 year s old. One-group pretest-posttest design was held. The quantitative and qualit ative researches were carried out . Scales measuring Career Attitude Maturity , and group interview, program materials, and investigation were used for the evaluation of this program. The result s of this study was proven to improve the career attitude maturity of adolescent unwed mothers. Especially, purpose and independence among the career attitude maturity`s sub-category were improved. Finally, the suggestions and limitations of this study were discussed.
