본 연구는 국내 보건의료제도에 대한 국민의 인식에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 2차 데이터인 2017년 의료서비스경험조사의 원 자료를 이용하였다. 보건의료제도의 인식은 신뢰, 변화 필요성, 만족도, 중요성, 경제적 문제로 인한 불충분한 이용문제, 보험료 지불 의향 총 6개 영역을 조사하였다. 이분형 로지스틱 회귀분석을 이용하여 건강상태와 인구사회학적 변수와 보건의료제도 인식 사이의 관련성이 분석되었다. 연구 결과, 한국 보건의료제도에 대한 인식은 긍정적이었고 저소득계층을 위한 변화가 필요하다고 응답하였다. 신뢰수준은 거주지역이 도시일수록, 학력이 낮을수록, 임금근로자일수록, 건강보험에 가입된 자일수록, 만성질환을 가진 자일수록 긍정적이었다. 변화 필요성은 남성일수록, 거주지역이 도시일수록, 학력이 높을수록, 임금근로자일수록, 건강이 좋을수록 필요성을 인식하였다. 만족도는 거주지역이 도시일수록, 학력이 낮을수록, 임금근로자일수록, 만성질환이 있는 자일수록 높았다. 중요성은 나이가 많을수록, 시골지역일수록 높게 나타났다. 불충분한 이용문제는 임금근로자일수록, 건강보험가입자일수록, 문제점이 있다고 나타났다. healthcare service system의 개선을 위한 보험료 지불 의향에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인한 결과, 보험료 지불 의향은 도시지역일수록, 학력이 높을수록, 임금근로자일수록, 건강보험가입자일수록, 만성질환이 없을수록 긍정적인 의도를 나타냈다. 한국의 보건의료제도에 대한 인식은 긍정적이며, 인구사회학적 변수와 건강상태에 따라 다르게 인식할 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study investigated the factors that influence the perception of healthcare service system in Korea. Present study used secondary data from the Health Care Experience Survey 2017. The perception of healthcare service systems examined the six domains of trust, improvement need, satisfaction, importance, inadequate use due to economic problems, and intention to pay for insurance. Binominal logistic regression analysis was employed to explore the relative importance of a number of health conditions and sociodemographic variables in the likelihood of perception of healthcare service system. The study findings showed that the perception of the health care system in Korea was positive and that it was necessary to change for the low income class. trust was more positive for residents in cities, lower education level, wage workers, health insurance members, and chronic illness. Improvement need was perceived as the need for more men, more urban residents, higher education level, wage workers, and better health. Satisfaction was higher in urban areas, lower education level, wage workers, and chronic diseases. The higher the age, the higher the importance of rural areas. Inadequate use of to economic problems pointed to the problem of wage workers and health insurance members. Intention to pay for insurance showed positive intentions in urban areas, higher educational level, wage workers, health insurance members, and chronic diseases. The perception of the health care system in Korea is positive, and these recognitions can be perceived differently according to sociodemographic factors and health conditions.
