This study conducts an empirical analysis on the effects of perfectionism and self-efficacy of CEOs of small-to-medium sized businesses on creativity and job satisfaction by examining a group of CEOs of small to medium-sized businesses located within Gyeonggi-do. In doing so, this study conducts such empirical analysis by establishing perfectionism, self-efficacy, creativity and job satisfaction as analysis factors. A survey questionnaire was used to conduct this study, and, excluding questionnaires that were not honestly responded to, a total of 154 questionnaire answer sets were analyzed.
Upon analyzing the questionnaires, first, it was shown that perfectionism had an affirmative effect on creativity. Second, self-efficacy did not show a valid effect as it had a negative effect on creativity. Third, it was shown that creativity had a valid affirmative effect on job satisfaction. Fourth, it was shown that perfectionism also had a valid affirmative effect on job satisfaction. Lastly, self-efficacy did not show a valid effect as it had a negative effect on job satisfaction.
