역사문화관광에 대한 진정성이 만족도와 행동 의도에 미치는 영향 : 인천 개항장 야행 행사를 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 역사문화자원인 인천 개항장을 방문하는 관광자의 진정성이 만족도와 추천의도 및 재방문의도 에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 실증적으로 검증하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 선행연구들의 결과와 같이 관광자는 역 사문화관에 대한 객관적 진정성, 구성적 진정성, 실존적 진정성이 전반적만족에 유의한 영향을 주는 결과를 보였다. [가설 1], [가설 2], [가설 3]의 검증결과 ‘역사문화관광 대한 객관적 진정성, 구성적 진정성, 실존적 진정성은 만족에 정(+)의 영향을 줄 것이다.’라는 가설은 채택되었다. 분석결과, 객관적 진정성과 구성적 진 정성이 실존적 진정성보다 전반적 만족에 더 높은 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. [가설 4]의 검증결과 ‘개항 장 방문 만족도는 추천의도에 정(+)의 영향을 줄 것이다.’ 라는 가설은 채택되었다. 즉, 인천 개항장의 객관 적 진정성이 높을 수로 만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 주며 이는 추천의도에 정(+)의 영향을 준다. [가설 5]의 검 증결과 ‘개항장 방문 만족도는 재방문 의도에 정(+)의 영향을 줄 것이다.’라는 가설은 채택되었다. 즉, 인천 개항장 방문의 객관적 진정성, 구성적 진정성, 실존적 진정성이 높을수록 만족에 영향을 주며, 인천 개항장 에 다시 방문하려는 의도가 높게 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study empirically verified the effects of authenticity of tourists who visited Incheon open port as a history & culture resource, on their satisfaction, recommendation intention, and revisit intention. In the results of verifying the [Hypothesis 1], [Hypothesis 2], and [Hypothesis 3], the hypothesis in which ‘the objective authenticity, constructive authenticity, and existential authenticity of history & culture tourism would have positive(+) effects on the satisfaction’ was adopted. In the results of the analysis, the objective authenticity and constructive authenticity had higher effects on the overall satisfaction than the existential authenticity. In the results of verifying the [Hypothesis 4], the hypothesis in which ‘the satisfaction of visiting the open port would have positive(+) effects on the recommendation intention’ was adopted. In other words, the higher objective authenticity of Incheon open port had positive(+) effects on the satisfaction, which was led to the positive(+) effects on the recommendation intention. In the results of verifying the [Hypothesis 5], the hypothesis in which ‘the satisfaction of visiting the open port would have positive(+) effects on the revisit intention’ was adopted. In other words, the higher objective authenticity, constructive authenticity, and existential authenticity of visiting Incheon open port, had effects on the satisfaction, which was led to the high intention to revisit the night event of Incheon open port. In the future, it would be necessary to continuously perform additional follow-up researches related to authenticity in various fields.
