이혼한 한부모여성의 자녀양육경험 = Experience of Raising a Child in a Divorced Single-Parent Woman

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is a qualitative study to search the experience of child rearing of divorced single-parent woman. Data collection period was from May 2012 to July 2012. Participants were intentionally sampled three consenting to participate as a single-mother woman over five years of raising their children after divorce. Data collection was conducted by using two in-depth interviews and recordings after obtaining the consent of the participants until the data reached saturation and analyzed by applying the phenomenological method of Colaizzi. As a result, 42 structural meaning, 12 theme clusters, and 4 theme categories were derived. The four theme categories appeared as 'Vague hope', 'Coming reality', 'A roly-poly that must stand on its own', and 'Changing life'.
The central phenomenon of experience revealed through these categories can be summarized as 'life on their own' and 'change'.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 이혼한 한부모여성의 자녀양육경험을 파악하기 위한 질적연구로서, 자료수집기간은 2012년 5월에서 2012년 7월까지였다. 연구참여자는 이혼한 후 자녀를 양육하는 5년 이상된 한부모 여성으로 참여에 동의하는 3명을 의도표집하였다. 자료 수집은 참여자의 동의를 얻은 후 2회의 심층면담과 녹음을 사용하여 자료가 포화상태에 도달할 때까지 실시하였고 Colaizzi의 현상학적 연구방법을 적용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 42개의 구성적 의미와 12개의 주제묶음, 4개의 범주가 도출되었다. 4개의 범주는 ‘막연한 희망’, ‘다가온 현실’, ‘스스로 일어서야하는 오뚝이’, ‘변화하는 삶’으로 나타났다.
이러한 범주를 통해 드러난 경험의 중심현상은 ‘스스로 서는 삶’과 ‘변화’로 요약할 수 있다. 즉 과거의 삶을 청산하고 스스로 일어나야만 하는 현실을 통해 변화를 시작하는 삶을 살아가게 되는 것이다.
따라서 본 연구는 아동병원 및 지역사회 등 많은 간호현장에서 상실과 고통의 경험을 가진 대상자를 만나는 간호사들에게 이혼으로 아픔을 겪고 있는 한부모여성과 자녀들에 대한 기초적인 이해를 통해 자아성장의 가능성을 알려주어 보다 높은 차원의 건강을 회복시킬 수 있으며 이를 간호중재로 활용할 수 있다.
