고령화사회에서 노인의 스포츠활동이 생활만족에 미치는 영향 = The Effects of the Sports Activity of Senior Citizens on Life Satisfaction in the Aging Society

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is identify to effect of sport activity of the aged with life satisfaction in the aging society. The data for this study were collected from 193 questionnaires answered by the aged over 60 years in Taejon area. The subjects were chosen by cluster random sampling and the data were analyzed with SPSS/PC program.
The result of the study through research method and procedure like this was as follows:
First, the old people who were participating in the sport activities more satisfied with the life than other old people who were not participating in the sport activities.
Second, there were significant differences in life satisfaction according to degree of participation in sport activities. in case of participating in the sport activities every day, more satisfactions were observed.
Third, the old people who participated in the sport activities for more than 2 hours a day showed higher satisfaction. Generally, the more time in participation, the higher satisfaction.
