We analyzed effect of mental ability on simple tasks performance and studied with procedure to provide the basic data of mental practice programing. For this study 101 subjects were gathered, and Loher's(1982) mental ability test questionnaire were utilized.
After analyses of the data, we had conclusions as follows:
1. Mental ability had no effect on 2M and 4M task performance which is below the middle of the difficulty degree.
2. Mental ability significant effect on 8M task performance which the difficulty degree is highest. And arousal level control and visual & imagery control in variation of mental ability had significant positive effect, while motivation level had significant negative effect.
3. It was shown that the higher difficulty degree is, the more effect of mental ability on simple task performance.
