Recently, CRM(Customer Relationship Management) well known as communication and relationship between customer and company, became a major issue of many companies. Especially the modeling and analyzing integrated database in CRM brought out fast movement of Analytical CRM, analyzing scientific and strategical customer management.
This research will develop the campaign system, which can connect attrition customer scoring model and marketing layer, by using the major technique of analytical CRM known as Data-Mining. This system will provide easy application on attrition scoring result and choose the target customer of campaign for attrition prevention through GUI environment.
