논산 노성산성의 보존상태와 관리시스템 적용성 연구 = A Study on Application for Maintenance System and Conservation Status of the Noseongsanseong Fortress in Nonsan, Korea

국문 초록 (Abstract)

논산 노성산성은 백제시대를 대표하는 테뫼식 산성이나 고려 및 조선시대에 이르기까지 통시 대적으로 사용되었다. 1995년부터 6차례 이상의 보수정비가 수행되었지만, 현재 성벽의 곳곳에서 개별 부재의 손상과 구조적 변형이 나타난다. 보존상태를 중심으로 성벽의 손상상태등급을 설정한 결과, 보수한 부분을 제외하면 대부분의 성벽에서 구조적 변형이 발생하였다. 이를 토대로 보존관리등급을 검토하여 총 4개소에 해당하는 긴급보수 구간을 제시하였다. 또한 노성산성의 관리시스템 수립을 위해 다른 성곽문화유산의 적용사례를 고찰하여 충분한 가능성을 확인하였다. 그러나 각각의 성곽문화유산은 보존상태와 특성에 적합한 관리시스템이 적용되어야 한다. 따라서 정밀진단 및 안전성 평가를 통해 획득한 자료를 근거로 노성산성의 현황에 맞는 관리방안을 수립해야 할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The Noseongsanseong fortress in Nonsan was used throughout the period until the Goryeo and Joseon dynasties as a Temoe-style (around the mountain top) fortress representing the Baekje Kingdom in ancient Korea. Since 1995, more than six repairs have been carried out, but damage and structural deformation of individual stone properties appear in various parts of the fortress walls. As a result of setting the damage status grade of the walls based on the conservation status, the structural deformation occurred in most of the walls except for the repaired sections. Based on the study, the conservation maintenance grade was discussed, and emergency repair sections corresponding to a total of 4 locations were suggested. In addition, to establish a maintenance system for the Noseongsanseong fortress, the application cases of other fortress cultural heritage were reviewed to confirm the sufficient possibility. However, for each fortress cultural heritage, a maintenance system appropriate to the conservation status and characteristics should be applied. Therefore, based on the data obtained through detailed diagnosis and safety evaluation, it is necessary to establish a conservation maintenance plan suitable for the current situation of the Noseongsanseong fortress.
