도시 주부의 경제생활 만족도에 관한 연구 = A Study of the Economic Life Satisfaction Among Urban Housewives

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Under the assumption that "Economic Welfare" should be the basis in the improvement of "Quality of life", the purpose of this study was to provide basic data for the determinants of the Satisfaction of Economic Life.
For this purpose, a model was developed and applied to an empirical test by various statistical methods. Questionnaire surveys were administrated to 414 housewives in Seoul. The statistical methords used, include Multiple regression analysis, Factor analysis. pearson correlation analysis, and Analysis of Variance, etc.
The results of the analysis are as follows :
1) The urban housewives are mostly satisfied with their Economic Life as a whole.
2) The Housewives' Economic Life Satisfaction is influenced by the socio-economic variables such as leisure life, housewives education, husbands education, husbands job and family in come and by psycho-social variables such as perceived home management efficiency, relative deprivation, aspiration.
3) Among those variables that affect Economic Life Satisfaction, family income, family life cycle, leisure life, aspiration, and perceived home magement efficiency are observed to have the highest degeee of significance. Aspiration, family income, leisure life, perceived home management efficiency, family life cycle are influenced most respetively.
