장애인메세나를 위한 'A+ Culture' 운동방안 연구 = A Study on the 'A+ Culture' Campaign plan for the Disabled Mecenat

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 장애인예술 발전을 위하여 장애인예술을 지원하는 장애인메세나 방안을 마련하는 것이 목적이다. 기업은 사회적 책임(CSR, Corporate Social Responsibility)을 수행하기 위하여 사회공헌 사업을 실시하고 있다. 기업에게 왜 사회적 책임이 있다는 것일까? 그것은 기업의 이윤이 다름 아닌 사회를 구성하고 있는 사람들의 주머니에서 나왔기 때문이다. 그래서 기업은 이윤을 배분해야 할 사회적 의무가 있는 것이다. 그것을 나눔이라는 자선행위로 포장을 하고 있지만, 사실은 나눔을 실천하지 않으면 안 되는 사회 분위기 속에서 사업을 하고 있는 것이다.
기업은 어떻게 하면 생산적ㅇ로 나눔을 실천하여 그 가치를 높일 것인가, 즉 창조나눔가치(CSV; Creative Share Value)를 실현하기 위해 예술에 대한 지원으로 메세나 사업을 하고 있지만 그에 반해 장애인예술에 대한 메세나는 거의 이루어지지 않고 있다.
본 연구는 장애인문화예술에 대한 기업의 사회공헌 인식과 실태 그리고 성과를 통해 장애인메세나의 필요성을 도출하고, 한국사회에 맞는 장애인메세나 모형을 개발하여 기업뿐만이 아니라 공공분야와 민간분야까지 확대하는 것은 물론 전 국민이 실시하는 운동으로 확장시켜 나가는 A+Culture 운동을 제안하고자 한다.
이 운동이 문화 공진화(共進化)속에서 장애인과 비장애인 사이의 간극을 좁히고, 우리 사회가 장애학 관점으로 장애를 이해하는 성숙한 사회로 발전하는 데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to prepare the disabled mecenat plan to support the able art to develop.
Companies implement social contribution programs for the corporate social responsibility. Why is it said that companies have th social responsibility? It is because the corporate profits came out of the pockets of the people who compose the society. So, the companies have the social obligation to distribute their profits. They gloss over it as charity of sharing, but companies do business in the social atmosphere they have to put sharing into practice.
How will companies put sharing into practice productively to increase its value?; that is to say, they do mecenat business to support art of the realization of creative share value, but mecenat for the able art is very short.
This study will draw the necessity of the disabled mecenat through perception, reality and results of the disabled social contribution through culture and art, and suggests A+Culture campaign that can expand and develop the disabled mecenat model suitable Korean society, not only to companies but also to public and private and private sectors, and that the whole nation puts into practice.
This campaign is expected to narrow the gap between the disabled and non-disabled people in the culture coevolution and make the society matured society understanding disability from the viewpoint of disability studies.
