Becoming information age, learning environments are changed for acquiring variety of information. That makes the educated workforce can lead 21 century. Also, educational information is needed to suit for rapidly changed environments, and it changes the paradigm of education. The view of education is changed from teacher side of view to student side of view, from fixed space to virtual space, and from fixed time to free time.
These changes are gained from existence of distance education. Also the changes of educational paradigm makes necessities of the distance education which is related with media technology. Using tele-communications and modern media technology, distance education can connect widely spread area. Especially, with high speed communication network, some educational organizations can possibly use WVC(Multimedia Video Conference) system for distance education. This MVC system which is related with high speed communication network can improve learning-effects by real time interaction during distance lecturing between teachers and students. Teaching method without students' satisfactions of MVC system and relationships among the learning-effects can not effect the educational affect. In this paper, therefore, the analysis of comparing relationships and control effect between the satisfactions of MVC system and correlations of learning effect is made based on the personalities of students, satisfaction of MVC system, and correlations among the learning effects.
The analysis of control effect in this paper can be made by using subgroup correlation analysis[2][28].
As a result, the personality can not affect the learning-effect. However, there are certain differences exist between natural science and liberal art and social science, This paper also proposed the way how the teaching-learning design can made to improve satisfaction of MVC system and learning-effect.
