지역중심 산학협력 네트워크 구축이 기술혁신 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 부산 기술혁신 지원사업을 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

학령인구 감소와 청년인구 유출로 인해 지역 내 산업체 생산인구 부족과 함께 지역대학 위기가 지역 내 복합적인 경제·사회문제로 이어지고 있어 지역소멸의 위기감이 고조되고 있다. 지역소멸의 위기감 속에서 부산광역시는 지역기업과 대학의 어려움을 극복하고 지역경제 활성화를 위해 대학의 우수한 자원과 역량을 기업 성장과 연결하는 산학협력의 필요성을 강조하며, 2021년 부산테크노파크 내에 지자체 중심의 산학협력 전담 기관인 지산학협력센터를 설립하였으며 산학협력을 통한 지역혁신을 강조 하였다. 부산테크노파크 지산학협력센터에서는 2022년부터 산학연계를 통한 기술혁신을 위해 지역 내 기업 및 대학 간 산학협력 기반의 연구개발이나 대학 연구자가 기업 현장의 애로사항을 직접 확인한 후 해소할 수 있는 기술혁신 지원사업을 운영하고 있다. 본 연구는 부산 지역 내 기업 및 대학 간의 산학협력 네트워크 구축이 산학 간 신뢰, 관계지속성 및 기술혁신 성과에 미치는 영향을 이해하고, 이 관계에서 산학 간 신뢰, 관계지속성의 매개효과와 기술혁신 지원사업의 조절효과를 분석함으로써 실효성을 확인하는 것에 주목한다. 연구대상은 부산 지역 내 기업으로 실무담당자를 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 자료 분석은 SPSS 26와 AMOS 26 프로그램을 이용하여 통계 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 산학협력 네트워크 구축은 산학 간 신뢰, 기술혁신 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 산학 간 신뢰는 관계지속성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 관계지속성은 기술혁신 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 넷째, 산학 간 신뢰 및 관계지속성은 산학협력 네트워크 구축과 기술혁신 성과의 관계에서 부분매개 효과가 있음이 나타났으며, 특히 산학 간 신뢰에서 관계지속성으로 순차적인 이중매개를 하고 있음이 나타났다. 다섯째, 산학협력 네트워크 구축, 산학 간 신뢰, 관계지속성 및 기술혁신 성과의 관계에서 기술혁신 지원사업은 일부 관계에 대해 유의한 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

As demographic decline and youth outflow exacerbate the shortage of industrial workforce and deepen the crisis in regional universities, the threat of regional extinction intensifies. In response, Busan Metropolitan City emphasized Industry-University Cooperation, establishing the Industry-University Cooperation Center at Busan Techno Park in 2021 to promote regional innovation and economic revitalization. Since 2022, the center has implemented projects involving Industry-University Cooperation for technology innovation, addressing challenges directly observed in the industrial field. This study examines the construction of an Industry-University Cooperation network in Busan, assessing its impact on trust, relationship sustainability, and technological innovation outcomes. It also explores the mediating effects of trust and relationship sustainability, and the moderating effect of technology support projects. Data were collected through an online survey of practitioners in Busan-based companies and analyzed using SPSS 26 and AMOS 26 software. The results are as follows: First, the establishment of Industry-University Cooperation networks positively influences trust and technological innovation outcomes. Second, trust between academia and industry positively affects relationship sustainability. Third, relationship sustainability positively influences technological innovation outcomes. Fourth, trust and relationship sustainability partially mediate the relationship between Industry-University Cooperation network construction and technological innovation outcomes, particularly showing a sequential dual mediation from trust to relationship sustainability. Fifth, in the relationship between Industry-University Cooperation network construction, trust, relationship sustainability, and technological innovation outcomes, technology innovation support projects have a significant moderating effect on some relationships.
