마인드셋, 그릿, 나르시시즘, 운동지속의 구조적 관계 검증: 체육전공 대학생을 중심으로 = Verification of the Structural Relationship between Mindset, Grit, Narcissism, and Exercise Persistence: Focusing on College Students Majoring in Physical Education

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 체육전공 대학생을 대상으로 마인드셋과 그릿, 나르시시즘, 운동지속 간의 관계에서 그릿과 나르시시즘의 간접적 영향력을검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 경기도 안산 및 용인시에 소재하는 대학의 체육전공 대학생 214명을 대상으로 마인드셋과 그릿, 나르시시즘, 운동지속에 관한 설문을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 Win Ver 25.0 SPSS & Amos 프로그램을 활용해 빈도분석, 상관관계분석, 확인적요인분석, 구조모형분석, 매개효과 분석을 하였으며, 매개효과 검증을 위해 부트스트래핑을 통해 검증하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 체육전공 대학생의 마인드셋은 나르시시즘에 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 체육전공 대학생의 마인드셋은 그릿에 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 체육전공 대학생의 마인드셋은 운동지속에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 넷째, 체육전공 대학생의 그릿은운동지속에 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 다섯째, 체육전공 대학생의 나르시시즘은 운동지속에 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 여섯째, 체육전공 대학생의 마인드셋과 운동지속의 관계에서 그릿과 나르시시즘은 매개효과가 있었다. 마인드셋과 그릿, 나르시시즘, 운동지속의 구조적관계를 검증하는 과제는 체육전공 대학생의 교육 및 훈련 방향성을 제시하는데 효과적인 기준이 될 것이며, 관련하여 체육전공 선택의 유입을 확대하는 기제가 될 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was to verify the indirect influence of grit and narcissism on the relationship between mindset, grit, narcissism, and exercise adherence in college students majoring in physical education. To this end, a questionnaire was conducted on 214 college students majoring in physical education in universities located in Ansan and Yongin, Gyeonggi Province, regarding mindset, grit, narcissism, and exercise adherence. The collected data were analyzed using Win Ver. 25.0 SPSS & Amos program for frequency analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, structural model analysis, and mediation effect analysis, and bootstrapping was used to verify the mediation effect. The results of the study are as follows. First, the mindset of college students majoring in physical education had a positive effect on narcissism. Second, the mindset of college students majoring in physical education had a positive effect on grit. Third, the mindset of college students majoring in physical education did not affect exercise adherence. Fourth, the grit of college students majoring in physical education had a positive effect on exercise adherence. Fifth, the narcissism of physical education majors had a positive effect on exercise continuity. Sixth, grit and narcissism had a mediating effect on the relationship between the mindset of physical education majors and exercise continuity. The task of verifying the structural relationship between mindset, grit, narcissism, and exercise continuity will be an effective standard for suggesting the direction of education and training for physical education majors, and will also be a mechanism for expanding the inflow of physical education majors.
