철갑상어오일의 바이오뷰티산업화에 대한 전략적 고찰 = The Study on Bio-Beauty Industry Strategy of Sturgeon Oil

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The interest on health care has dramatically increased among modern people due to the influence of economic well-being. Thus, the importance of Functional Food Industry has also risen as a kind of sustainable industry. Especially, nowadays, people’s belief which sustainable health comes from healthy dietary expanded customers’ concern for natural ingredient.
Stulgeon oil that contains essential elements for health and skin care is the natural ingredient which can meet changing norm of current beauty industry. Its protein, alkalic inorganic component, essential amino acid, unsaturated fatty acid, EPA are found to be effective for anti-aging, brain development and for curing arthritis etc. Stulgeon oil can be a new source of 6th industry that can not only contributes to vitalizing manufacturing industry but also creates sustainable quality-jobs for farming and fishing industry.
This study can work as a basis for future novel material research and the stulgeon oil is a key to develop future beauty industry.
