충청북도 생활환경 만족도 및 미래비전 분석 = Analysis on Life Satisfaction and Vision of Chungbuk Provincial

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Satisfaction level of the government service of Chungbuk Province is over the standard average in the fields of social welfare. public transportation, social security, management of living condition, gender policy, culture policy etc. For the government leaders, public is demanding strong leadership which is consisted of sincerity, negotiating skill, responsibility, policy management. Also, development of Cheongju airport, investment on future industry and creation of sustainable jobs are chosen as the “Chungbuk Future Development Strategy” by the public.
The result of the survey for Chungbuk’s living condition and future vision are the following.
First, the main elements that increase the satisfactory rate of the public are social welfare, economy, women, culture etc. policy.
Second, the core components that it required for the government leaders are future vision, leadership, and mind to pursue democratic values.
Third, the essential elements for future development of Chungbuk Province are economic development and social welfare.
Lastly, general satisfaction level of the people of Chungbuk is found to be low. In order to enhance the well-being of the general population, the province must create policies that can fulfill individual and family demands.
