사이코드라마가 반복적 대인간 외상 경험자의 자기체계에 미치는 효과－알코올 의존자 배우자 중심으로－ = The Effects of Psychodrama on the Self-System of People with Repetitive Interpersonal Trauma : Focused on female spouses of alcoholics

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 사이코드라마가 반복적 대인간 외상 경험자의 자기체계에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자하였다. 이를 위해 알코올 의존자 가족친목모임(AL-Anon)에 참석 하고 있는 알코올 의존자 배우자 중 대인간 반복적 외상 경험 지원자를 모집한 후 외상 체크리스트를 통해 선정기준에 부합한 대상자 22명을 선별하였다. 최종적으로 실험군 1명, 대조군 2명의 탈락자를 제외한 19명이 연구의 마지막까지 참가하였다. 사이코드라마 프로그램은 2일에 거쳐 8회기로 구성되었다. 사전, 사후검사로 외상화된 자기체계척도(Traumatized Self-System Scale: TSSS)를 사용하였다. 집단 내 사전-사후 점수 변화를 알아보기 위해 Wilcoxon signed-rank test를 실시하였고, 집단 간 사후 결과에 Mann-Whitney U test를 실시하였다. 이상과 같은 과정을 통하여 얻어진 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사이코드라마 실시 후 집단 내 사전-사후 외상화된 자기체계에 유의한 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 사이코드라마 실시 후 실험군과 대조군 집단 간 외상화된 자기체계에 유의한 차이가 있었다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점 및 추후 연구에 대한 제언이 논의되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to look into the effects of psychodrama on the self-system of people who experienced repetitive interpersonal trauma. To achieve that, this researcher collected people with repetitive interpersonal trauma from female spouses of alcoholics who participated in the meetings of the family members of alcoholics (AL-Anon) and chosen 19 study subjects who met the selection criteria in trauma checklist. The psychodrama program consisting of eight sessions had been performed two days. Traumatized Self- System Scale (TSSS) was applied to the program participants for examination before and after the program. Wilcoxon signed-rank test was conducted to investigate the change in points of each group before and after the program, and Mann-Whitney U test was performed to look into the points of the groups after the program. First, after the psychodrama program the traumatized self-system was significantly different between pre-program and post-program in group. Secondly, the traumatized self-system was significant different between the experimental group and the control group after the psychodrama program. Lastly, the meanings and limitations of this study, and the suggestions for the future study were discussed.
