      아동기 뇌신경 발달을 위한 최적화 운동형태 연구

      The purpose of this study was to define that the effect of exercise type on the expression of BDNF, IGF-1 and Working-Memory in a childhood. The subjects were 36 childhoods of 10~12 years-old age whose cohorts were divided into control group (CG, n=9), Taekwondo dance group(TDG, n=9), Sensory exercise group(SEG, n=9), and aerobic exercise group (AEG, n=9). Frequency of the exercise was three times a week for 8 weeks. Blood samples data was collected before and after the experiment, the conclusion as follows: BDNF has appeared to be significantly increased compared to the prior post and the TDG AEG (p<.01), (p<.05), post-hoc test results showed a high AEG, TDG than CG, SEG(p<.05). Also IGF-1 has appeared to be significantly increased compared to the prior post and the AEG(p<.05), post-hoc test results showed a high AEG than CG, SEG(p<.05). And Working-Memory has appeared to be significantly increased compared to the prior post and the TDG AEG(p<.001), post-hoc test results showed a high AEG, TDG than CG, SEG(p<.001). The result of this study explained that aerobic exercise and Taekwondo dance was positive for the expression of BDNF and Working-Memory increase in the primary-school students.
