노인 일자리 및 사회활동 지원사업의 참여가 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 = Effects of the Senior Employment and Social Activity Support Programs on the Successful Aging of the Elderly: Focusing on Physical and Economic Successful Aging

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 노인의 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향을 신체적, 경제적 측면을 중심으로 고찰하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 한국보건사회연구원(KIHASA)의 ‘2020년도 노인실태조사’ 중 1,301명분의 자료를 활용하여 노인일자리 및 사회활동 지원사업의 참여가 노인의 신체적, 경제적 측면의 성공에 노화에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 확인하고자, 첫째, 조사대상자의 특성에 대한 기술 통계분석을 시행하였으며, 둘째, 사업의 참여 및 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 신체적, 경제적 측면의 성공적 노화 수준을 비교 분석하였으며, 셋째, 사업 참여에 따른 신체적, 경제적 측면의 성공적 노화는 회귀분석 등을 시행하였다. 주요 결과를 회귀분석의 근거해 정리하면, 첫째, 노인일자리 및 사회활동 지원사업의 참여는 신체적 측면의 성공적 노화에는 긍정적으로, 경제적 측면의 성공적 노화에는 부정적인 기여를 하는 것으로 나타났다. 아울러, 인구사회학적 특성 요인에 있어서는 연령, 종교 등이 신체적 측면의 성공적 노화에, 성별, 연령, 배우자 유무 등이 경제적 측면의 성공적 노화에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 이러한 결과를 기초로 노인의 성공적 노화를 위한 함의와 노인일자리 및 사회활동 지원사업에의 정책적 제언을 전달하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study examined the effects of the Senior Employment and Social Activity Support Programs on successful aging of the elderly, focusing on physical and economic aspects. To this end, this study selected 1,301 cases from the data of the “2020 Elderly Survey” by the Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs. To summarize the main results based on regression analysis, first, it was found that participation in the Senior Employment and Social Activity Support Programs for the Elderly contributed positively to successful aging in the physical aspect and negative to successful aging in the economic aspect. In addition, in terms of demographic and sociological characteristics, age and religion were found to have significant effects on the successful aging of the physical aspect, and gender, age, and spouse had significant effects on the successful aging of the economic aspect. Based on these results, it delivered implications for the successful aging of the elderly and policy suggestions for the Senior Employment and Social Activity Support Programs for the Elderly.
