지역사회 물리적·사회적 환경이 노인 삶의 질에 미치는 영향: 스마트폰 사용 조절효과, 연령집단 차이를 중심으로 = The Effect of the Physical and Social Environment of the Community on the Quality of Life of the Elderly: Focusing on the effect of moderating smartphone use, age group differences

국문 초록 (Abstract)

· 연구 주제: 지역사회 물리적·사회적 환경이 노인 삶의 질에 미치는 영향에서 스마트폰 사용의 조절변수로서의 영향과 연령집단에 따른 차이 분석이다.
· 연구 배경: 지역 사회 환경이 노인 삶의 질에 미치는 영향에 있어 최근 증가하고 있는 노인의 스마트폰 사용은 어떠한 영향을 미칠 것인가? 연령별 차이는 어떠한가? 를 알아보기 위함이다.
· 선행연구와의 차이점: 기존 선행 연구들이 지역사회 환경과 노인의 생활만족, 삶의 질에 미치는 영향에 중점을 둔 반면 본 연구는 지역사회 환경의 물리적 사회적 환경이 노인삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 파악함에 있어 최근 증가하고 있는 노인의 스마트폰사용의 조절영향을 알아보고자 하였으며 연령집단별 차이를 분석하였다.
· 연구방법: ‘2020년 노인실태조사’ 원자료로 한 SPSS 통계분석를 실시하였다.
· 연구결과: 지역사회의 물리적·사회적 환경은 노인의 생활만족에 정적인 영향을 미치며 스마트폰 사용 조절효과도 스마트폰 사용 노인이 사용하지 않는 노인보다 삶의 질이 높게 나타나는 정적효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
· 공헌점 및 기대효과: 이러한 연구결과는 향후 노인의 삶의 질 향상을 위한 지역사회 환경의 정책적, 실천적 정책실현에 있어 스마트폰 및 정보화기기를 통한 다양한 노력도 함께 전개해 가는 것이 필요함을 시사한다.
