This study is to provide empirical data to suggest ways to help you identify How does any impact on satisfaction, commitment, trust, after-school physical activity map patterns of behavior can be physical activity leaders after school two leaders and students want.
This study is February 10, 2016 - was selected as the K area, G area, dance student population in D major areas until 15 March. Surveyed using a convenience sample extraction (convenience sampling method), a total of 290 questionnaires were used as a research tool. In addition, we conduct a frequency analysis (frequency analysis) to determine the demographic characteristics was conducted exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis to analyze the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. t-test, was performed a member disposed ANOVA (one-way ANOVA) in order to verify the differences in demographic characteristics and mentoring experience, engagement effect, by performing the correlation analysis, structural model equations were as follows.
First, demographic characteristics and mentoring experience, effective participation has had a significant difference in part. Second, the mentoring experience had an impact on the physical effects of the sub-factors involved. Third, the mentoring experience had an impact on the psychological effects of the sub-factors involved. Fourth, the mentorship experience had an impact on the social effects of the sub-factors involved.
