한국어판 창의적 아이디어내기 척도(RIBS) 타당화 = Validation of the Korean Version of RIBS

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to validate the Korean version of RIBS(Runco Ideational Behavior Scale). For this purpose, 315 teachers in S and G regions were tested. Reliability and validity of this scale were verified, and exploratory factor analysis was done. Then confirmatory factor analysis and concurrent validity was verified. The validity of this scale was confirmed as 2 factors which are labeled as Idea(5 items) and Fluency(3 items), and the reliability was .70. The concurrent validity was found to be .35 (p<.01) as a result of correlation analysis with Teacher's role in creativity for pre-school children rating scale (Moon, 1999). Based on the results above, the Korean version of RIBS can be said to have a satisfactory validity and reliability. Thus, the Korean version of RIBS can be a useful tool and may be utilized as a short and simple tool in the research related to creativity in the future.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 Runco Ideational Behavior Scale(RIBS)를 한국에서 간단하게 사용할 수 있는 창의적 아이디어내기 척도로 타당화 하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 S와 G 지역에 소재한 유아교사 315명을 대상으로 본 척도와 공인타당도를 위하여 유아 창의성을 위한 교사역할 평정척도 검사를 실시하였다. 본 척도의 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하였고 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 그리고 공인타당도 검증을 하였다. 최종적으로 본 척도의 타당도는 2개 요인, 아이디(5개 문항)와 유창성(3개 문항)으로 확인 되었다. 전체 신뢰도는 .70으로 나타났으며 하위 요인별 신뢰도는 융통성이 .80, 유창성이 .70으로 나타났다. 공인 타당도는 상관분석을 실시한 결과 .35(p<.01)이었다. 따라서 본 연구의 한국판 창의적 아이디아내기 척도는 신뢰도와 타당도가 적절한 척도라고 할 수 있다. 앞으로 창의적 아이디아내기 척도(RIBS)를 사용하여 유아교사들의 창의성과 관련된 연구에서 간단하면서도 유용한 도구로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
