This paper considers the disturbance torques exerted on thrust vector control actuators of launch vehicles when main engines are moved by the actuators during flight. Based upon the case studies of foreign launch vehicles, each component of disturbance torques which must be included during thrust vector control system design is examined and the corresponding torque budgets are analyzed. The shown results in this paper will be used as a basis data to evaluate the development requirements of KSLV-Ⅱ thrust vector control systems.
