      Baekseok first published novels and essays before releasing the poem, and continued to write essays in the middle of his book, even during his time of serious concentration. He was an all-around writer who wrote novels, essays, and poetry, among others, was a writer who continued to accompany essays and poems throughout his creative period.
      While essays are free to write personal daily lives without form restrictions, other poets often write such genres of writings, Baekseok's essays have their own style and aesthetics, and are intertwined with poetry, unlike other writers. He wrote essays first, followed by adjusting and shaping thought into poetry, which stands out especially in works published during the Hahmheung's time.
      Baekseok's development of this style of literary creation in Hahmheung was the first to stimulate essay writing, a direct record of experience in Hamheung, which is so different from his hometown of Chongju and Seoul, and to shape it into a poem after the matured period of experience and imagination. Some of the most representative works of this process were essays, “Sand dab, donkey”, “A rainbow-spread bridge” “Song of Good Friends” and “me, Natasha, and the white donkey.” In this article, he first lightened his essay world by looking at the two poems in terms of interconnection, and also took a closer look at his poetry.
      Baekseok's essay, “Sand dab, donkey” was published shortly after in Hamheung’s latest release, conveying his new dwelling and two Hamheung-style symbols, which contain the value of life he values most in the world. The essay, “A rainbow-spread bridge” was his second announcement at Hahmheung, which featured all the famous sites of Hamheung, and contained the dreams, romance and ideals of Baekseok.
      The poem “Song of Good Friends” in Baekseok brings back the ideas and languages used in the essay, but some words were added to the poem, reproducing the specific circumstances of the essay “Sand dab, Donkey” and “A rainbow-spread bridge” In the essay, “White Bob,” “Friend,” “I'm lonely,” “I'm lonely,” “I'm friendly,” “I'm sorry,” “I'm not greedy,” added “I've changed the subject of literature and space I've written from essay to specific description, and eventually I've colored it into a beautiful image. The poem “Me, Natasha and the White Donkey” is an addition of a companion to riding a donkey in the corner of the meeting in an essay, “Sand dab, Donkey,” which will give the Russian woman the name of “Guryong-ri Beach,” which she met in “Leggy Mansegyo.” In this poem, “I,” “White Donkey,” and “Natasha” sublimated what they had learned from their essays, “Sand dab, Donkey,” and “Soju,” from their essays, using the space and small parts of the city influenced by “A rainbow-spread bridge” And the white stone completed the poem with a beautiful poem, adding the image of the ‘eye’ to the colored tools used in the essay writing.
